DT Wood Repair Epoxy & Filler - 4 Hour Cure

I have now used two lots across various jobs and finding that this is a great product. I found 1 hour I was not able to hold as well, but the 4 hour I could work and get a great form on edges and filling and smooth off very neatly. I could also screw the lid back on and reuse the product and not waste the tube, so worked really well for smaller and bigger jobs. Love the product and its stability and ease of finishing.

Warmed product plenty of time to work into timber

Easily mixed with a long open time suitable for shaping, with a gel-like consistency lasting about 4 hours, depending on ambient conditions. Wait overnight to fully cure before sanding or painting, but can be trimmed and scraped at around the 4-5 hour mark.

Sellaseal 4‑Hour Epoxy mixes cleanly, cures fast, and sets rock‑solid every time. A fantastic, no‑nonsense product that just works.

Great product and easy to use .

Easy to tell when mixed enough. Good consistency for application and formed up well to window sill profile. Set within the 4 hours with plenty of workability time. Once set, the epoxy was hard.
Sanded a few corners and high spots the next day for painting and the finished job looked great.

Works like a charm. Easy to mix and set. Looks like it will be both strong and flexible. The 4hr stuff is the one to go for.
