Shipping policy

We know that you are keen to receive your items as soon as possible, and as such we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We use Australia Post eParcel, and also some other courier services depending on the customer's location.

After receiving your order and payment we will ship as soon as possible. If any item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and give you a timeframe for when the stock will come in and the option to cancel your order.

If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do what we can to get your goods to you sooner. An express service can be used in certain instances at a cost to the customer
