Refund policy

RETURNS

Sellaseal offers a maximum of 30 days return period since your purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange beyond this time and 'change of mind' returns are not accepted. 

All return or exchange item must be unused and in the same condition that they were received.

Proof of purchase of the returned item(s) is required to be forwarded by email AND to a copy is accompany the returned item(s).

Any item(s) not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@sellaseal.com.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@sellaseal.com and send your item to:

To make a return for a refund you should forward your item(s) with a copy of the original purchase attached to:

Shipping costs for returning your item for a refund to Sellaseal will be at your cost. 

Original shipping costs to send your parcel / package are not refundable upon returns.

Shipping costs for faulty exchange item(s) or items that Seallaseal dispatched in error will be at Sellaseal's cost.

Shipping costs for exchange items that are not faulty will incur a shipping cost

We strongly suggest that a trackable courier/shipping service be used and/or purchasing shipping insurance is used for orders of significant vale. Return shipping including costs is the responsibility of the shipper.
