Collection: Wood Repair Epoxy

Rotten sills, soft frame corners, crumbling glazing rebates: this is the epoxy system our own crews use to repair them, sold by the tube, pot and carton. A two part structural epoxy that bonds to timber like a glue, cures fast enough to shape the same day, and flexes with the seasons instead of cracking out the way cheap fillers do.

Two cure speeds cover every job. The 1 hour cure suits smaller repairs and cold mornings, when waiting around kills the day. The 4 hour cure gives longer working time for bigger fills and sculpted repairs, and also comes in 400mL pots for anyone who prefers mixing on a board. Dual cartridge tubes dispense through the heavy duty epoxy gun.

Order of work matters with rot. Cut the soft material back, flood what remains with Epoxy Wood Stabiliser to kill the fungal spores and harden the timber, then fill and shape. Skip the stabiliser and rot creeps back behind the repair. The starter pack bundles the lot for a first job.

Everything here was chosen by carpenters who repair wooden windows for a living. If a product did not survive on our own jobs, it is not in the range. The full method, start to finish, is on the professional wood repair system page.
