There are some low quality pulleys out there. These pulleys are sold separately and are quality with a bearing. This means they are strong and are rated to hold 75kg. Many pulleys do not have a weight rating. It's best to always replace your pulleys in pairs. A double hung window has two pairs of pulleys. One for the bottom sash and one for the top sash.
