These elegant window restrictors allow double-hung windows to be opened to a safe point, then stopped. They can also be overridden to allow full opening for maintenance or when circumstances are appropriate.
The restrictors have a child-proof lock to be locked when the window is shut, and include striker plates that are fitted to the bottom sash to connect with the restrictor as it passes.
