Best All Weather Acrylic Gap Filler For Cracks, Joints & Window Frames
First one free with the code GAPS
You cover the postage, we cover the cartridge.

Fill the gap once and
leave it alone.
Cheap filler shrinks back and cracks, usually somewhere you would rather not go again. All Weather Gaps is a plastic-elastic acrylic putty, so it keeps flexing with the joint instead of going hard and letting go. It sticks to concrete, timber, metal and polystyrene, and it washes off your hands under the tap.

Flexible is only half of it
All Weather Gaps is a water based acrylic putty that cures as the water evaporates out of it. What is left behind stays plastic-elastic, and that is the part that matters. A filler which sets rock hard will eventually lose the argument with a joint that moves, and you will be looking at the same crack next season.
It also bonds properly to most of what you are likely to be filling: concrete and cement, masonry, granite, rock, timber and parquet, metal, expanded polystyrene.
Once cured it sits happily anywhere from −20 °C up to +80 °C. That covers a west-facing render wall in February and an unheated sleepout in July, which is more than most fillers on the shelf will promise you.
What makes this one worth using
Stays flexible
Plastic-elastic, so it moves with the joint rather than setting hard and pulling away from the edges.
Sticks to most things
Concrete and cement, masonry, granite, rock, timber and parquet, metal, expanded polystyrene.
Works cold and hot
Gun it on anywhere between +5 °C and +40 °C. Once cured it stays in service from −20 °C to +80 °C.
No solvent smell
It is water based and odourless, so you can work in a bedroom or a small bathroom without opening every window in the house.
Cleans up with water
Tool it off for a neat white finish, then wash your hands and your tools under the tap before it dries.
Made in Europe
Supplied in a standard 300ml cartridge, so it drops straight into whatever gun is already in the ute.
What it will stick to
Cut the nozzle and get on with it

Cut the nozzle to the width of the gap, run the bead in with a standard caulking gun, and tool it off. After that the water evaporates out and the putty firms up on its own.
What it is for
